    Book your transfer on our website with our online booking system. If you prefer, you can also book a transfer via telephone or e-mail.

  2. Do I need a credit card to book my transfer?

    You do not need a credit card to book your transfer. You can pay your driver on the day of your transfer in cash.

  3. I cannot find my destination in the booking system.

    If you cannot find your destination in our booking system, please send us an inquiry with your pick-up and drop-off location. We would be happy to provide the transfer for you.

  4. How can I book a transfer from a different airport?

    Please send us an inquiry with your desired pick-up location and airport information. We would be happy to provide the transfer for you.

  5. Can I book last minute?

    Lechtaxi also offers spontaneous transfers, if a car is available. Contact us via phone or e-mail.

  6. What if I have not received a confirmation e-mail after booking?

    Please check your spam inbox first. If you still cannot find your booking confirmation, contact us via e-mail or phone.

  7. When and how do I pay for my transfer?

    You can either pay your driver in cash or by credit card on the day of your transfer – without any additional fees!

  8. Is the price calculated per person?

    No, the price is always calculated per vehicle.

  9. Which cars does Lechtaxi provide?

    Lechtaxi uses new, modern Mercedes Benz cars only: Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class and Mercedes Vito.

  10. Will there be additional costs, if my flight is delayed?

    No, our transfer prices are fixed. If your flight is delayed, our chauffeur will be waiting for you.

  11. Will there be charges for cancelling the transfer?

    Cancellation 24 hours before the transfer is for free.

  12. How can I cancel my transfer?

    Send us an e-mail or contact us via phone, in order to cancel your transfer.

  13. What is the difference between Lechtaxi and a usual Taxi?

    Lechtaxi is located directly in Lech am Arlberg. All our drivers are local, our Mercedes Benz cars are new and our prices are fixed.

  15. What if my driver does not show up?

    Please contact us via telephone as soon as possible. We will take care of it immediately.

  16. What if my flight is delayed?

    Our chauffeur is informed about your flight status and will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall.

  17. How long is my transfer?

    Insert your desired destination and pick-up location in the booking system, in order to calculate the duration of your transfer.

  18. I am travelling with children. Do you provide child seats?

    We offer free child seats for any age. Please inform us beforehand about the number of seats needed and the age of your children.

  19. Can I bring my pet?

    You can bring your dog on your transfer, however, it has to be transported in a dog box. Please let us know in advance.
